Lewis comes with an extensive experience in various fields, including metabolic, cardiovascular, neurological, and musculoskeletal conditions, and brings a holistic and personalised approach to his practice. Firmly believing that exercise is a powerful tool that can enhance overall well-being, improve quality of life, and manage chronic conditions effectively.

Lewis is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist with Exercise & Sport Science Australia (ESSA) and a registered Medicare Provider, and is thrilled to be able to empower his clients through the transformative power of exercise and movement.

He is dedicated to supporting individuals with Parkinson's by providing tailored exercise programs and utilising expertise in this area. Holding certifications in PD Warrior Level 2, he has acquired specialised skills to address the unique challenges associated with Parkinson’s.

  • DVA clients Exercise Program

    Department of Veteran Affairs

    We offer Bulk billing (or no gap) service to clients with a Gold Card or White Card and a referral from their GP.

    Whether you are looking for Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Group exercise classes we have you covered.

    We offer rehabilitation for injury sustained during duty or training for service men and women and also maintenance for those who have ongoing issues.

  • Medicare funded Diabetes Management group

    Diabetes Management Group

    We offer tailored group sessions for people with Type 2 Diabetes funded through Medicare. Our classes are small and individually tailored, they focus on the key areas of core strength, mobility, and balance. We also look holistically at lifestyle, diet, blood pressure to gain a full picture and work from there.

    The groups are supportive and run for up to 8 sessions per year. Find a time that works into your life schedule by speaking to us today.

    For Medicare funding (Bulk Billed) you must have a referral from your GP stating you have Type 2 diabetes and then must complete an individual initial assessment with Lewis (which can also be Bulk Billed).

These exercises are carefully curated to address the specific motor and non-motor symptoms associated with Parkinson's disease, such as tremors, rigidity, balance issues, and reduced mobility.

    NDIS clients

    Clients with NDIS funding are eligible to join into our Group Exercise Programs or have their own individual sessions. We work with all ages, making the exercises fun, inclusive and accessible for all bodies.

    We cater to clients with a range of disabilities and goals; whether its social inclusion and learning skills specific for daily activities and sports or whether its building muscle tone and mobility we are here to support your needs.
    We recommend at least one individual session with Lewis before joining a group so we can appropriately tailor your program to meet your goals.
